IAM Investments Alternative UCITS Platform

The IAM Investments Alternative UCITS Platform aims to bring high quality offshore managers with a strong track record and a clear differentiating factor to the UCITS space. Every fund in the platform is selected by IAM and appointed as delegated investment manager of the fund.

All the funds in the platform are managed by one alternative asset manager selected by IAM, are Irish domiciled and comply with UCITS regulation.

IAM's investment philosophy, which has remained unchanged over time, is based on four fundamental principles:

• Focus on client objectives. IAM aims to develop tailor made absolute return investment solutions with the aim of preserving capital.
• Proprietary research to identify promising investment managers. Typically with an absolute return target and non benchmarked focused.
• A disciplined investment process with a focus on risk control. IAM has a dedicated operational due diligence team with veto power over investment decisions.
• Liquidity and transparency of the investments. IAM has a bias for liquid strategies and demands full transparency of their investments.
